Successfully Navigating & Embracing Change
As disruption continues to shift our known environment and throws us into a world of uncertainty, it will be up to us to decide if we wait until the chaos is over and let someone else determine our new future, or we take charge, and use the winds of change to rapidly and effectively transform under our terms. During this interactive workshop, participants will comprehend the process of change, and learn powerful and actionable tactics to shift their mindset from one of fear and negative impact to one of opportunity and growth.
Specifically, participants will:
• Gain self-awareness on individual resilience to change
• Learn how to shift their mindset to use change as a catalyst to propel reinvention
• Learn practical strategies to embrace change and create a supportive environment to move forward.
Before the session, participants can take an assessment to understand their current level of resilience. After the session, participants will receive a guide with the step-by-step elements to embrace change.
Please note: The demand for and popularity of RIHETC's spring workshops series has been outstanding. To ensure that all member institutions are able to participate, each institution will have 8 seats reserved until April 2. Registration will remain open for everyone until April 9 or until the workshop is full, but due to capacity limits we are unable to guarantee registered employees a seat. We will also maintain a waiting list for those unable to register initially. You will receive a separate registration confirmation email from RIHETC@gmail.com if capacity limits allow for your enrollment into the workshop. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
